SunTrust Teller Connect
Objective: Create an interface between a remote teller and a customer in a SunTrust branch setting.
Solution: DeProMark presented three brand design concepts to SunTrust. We set up the trademark for “Teller Connect”, which was then purchased by SunTrust.
We created two mock-ups and designed the final surround for this project, based on the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) model. The customer can see and speak with a teller in a call center, adding a personal touch to their transaction. This was pilot tested in four SunTrust branch locations.
DeProMark designed the call center backdrops, as well as the back-end mounting techniques to support this program.
